Need 5.1 (have the sub) System on a $1200 budget

I have been scouring these hallowed speaker halls looking for the perfect setup for my 5.1 system and I haven't been able to find what I'm looking for. I thought that I would post my wants/needs in hope that someone might point me in the right direction.

My room is fairly open with the living room being 15X20 feet in size. I will be powering the system with a Yamaha 3900 and I have an Outlaw LFM for the bass. I need two satellite speakers (or something small) to be placed in the ceiling directed at listener, a center channel which will be housed in the TV console and then two bi-pole speakers which will go on the rear-wall behind the couch.

I know that I will be sacrificing some sound with the satellite's but it's a tradeoff I'm willing to take as my floor space is at a premium. I really prefer a nice natural, warm and crisp sound as opposed to bright and sometimes harsh. I have an old pair of Paradigm bookshelves in my office which I love, so something with similar characteristics would be ideal.

My viewing will be 30% DVD/BluRay, 30% PS3 and 40% HDTV.

My budget is ~$1200.

Thanks

Thanks for the feedback Ares. I don't have any first hand experience with the sites you listed but I have browsed them. Axiom and TSC seem to be in my price range, can you comment on their tonal characteristics? Also, I've never heard of aperion but I really like their speakers. I'll do more research on them, thanks again.

The TSC my brother-in-law owns and they are warm IMO I was impressed by they sound and the price is hard to beat. Now for the Axioms I have not audition them put from I all the reviews I have read and the countless times someone has recommended them to me they have to be good. Hopefully someone who has experience with them will chime in.

Well I just went to TSC and pulled the trigger on a pair of TSAT 1000SB's for my fronts, TC2 for center, and a pair of di-pole TSS-B for the rears. The reviews seem to be pretty positive and based on the price I could not pass these up. I hope they play nice with my outlaw LFM and Yamaha 3900.

Can anyone comment on the performance of the TSAT's?

Haha, good point.

Can anyone recommend a good ceiling mount for the front satellites?

Congrats on your purchase, Omnimount makes a mount that can handle 5lbs which is the smallest one the have after that it goes 10lbs,20lbs, and I think a 30lbs mount. Or you can give monoprice a look and see. Congrats again and enjoy.
