It feels great in my hand. It's been one of the nicer things I have in the kitchen, and it is VERY sharp. I just want to make sure I take care of it.

Pondering cancelling this one. It now says "Feb 2026 delivery expected", the third delay.

The continued delays suck but I don’t have an urgent need for the knife so I’ll keep waiting. The vosteed looks nice though!

Yep, I haven't cancelled it, but an over 1 yr delay feels like a problem lol. With a 4" blade, it isn't like I expect to carry it around lol.

I don't know how Vosteed sells these at that price, the blade is solid, ball bearing so it is very smooth, and super light. The copper colorway sold out instantly; I was able to get in on the first buy. All colors look to be in stock now.
