Nad L53

My L53, less than a year old, is starting to have trouble recognizing CD's, a "no disc" message usually appears. If the disc's do get recognized, they invariably skip.
DVD's seem to work just fine, though.
Any ideas?

Yes I have contacted NAD, just waiting (patiently) on a reply.

I had that problem with my NAD 512 from time to time.

Running a "clean up" disk helped.
