Anyone have any experience with Nad? I understand that they have a new 7.1 receiver out now. Anyone know anything about it?

The 7 channel monster is the T773. It is 110 watts min. continuous power into 4/8 ohms with all channels driven simultaneously. Fully assignable digital and analogue inputs.RS-232 port for firmware upgrades. Component, S-video, and composite video switching. 52.8 lbs. For more check here: http://www.nadelectronics.com/av_receivers/T773_frameset.htm

I have installed a few of the 5 channel models and they sound excellent. They are very dynamic.

I don't think you can ever go wrong with a NAD sonically, nor be disappointed with their conservative power ratings using their "Full Disclosure" philosophy. If you had the dough, I'd also look at their even more monstrous T163 AV preamp and T973 7-channel power amp.

Those pieces are beastly! I installed them at a customer's house, all I can say is WOW. Huge power. Good ergronomics. Satisfied customer. :)
