Well since i do not hold any medical degree, i would suggest going back to your primary care physician and then to an Otorhinolaryngologist . I can only tell you my doc said, it seems to be more prominent in the left ear with Americans due to having the drivers window down and the wind rushing in, hitting the left ear. o_O

Does your ear hold fluid behind the eardrum ? In all seriousness these are things sometimes you will have to keep going back to see the doc until they find a solution. And sometimes there is no solution. Good luck, i know it sucks. I get spells occasionally but it usually doesn't last for long. And yep only the left ear.

Whatever is wrong our medical system is too Stupid , low tech to figure it out ....
no solution.

Every doc who looked at it couldn’t see anything wrong so , It’s probably ear damage or something with no solution.
Wish I hadn’t seen so many movies in theaters the damage and constant ear pain wasn’t worth it . My earplugs are lost too could not find them anywhere in my house ..
nothing has helped , olive , coconut oil , ear drops ...
I don’t have ear ringing anymore just constant bad pain all day long 24/7 usually .

You've asked this in the past. Nobody here is going to tell you anything other than find a good ENT and have them check it out. We can't diagnose and treat your ear problem, that's not what the internet is for.

My insurance only covers one Ent and he was no help... so I guess I’m out of luck .
I have pain constantly and nothing helps .
Whatever caused it I wish it would go away .
I almost need special earplugs to block all sound from coming in that ear , my audiophile earplugs all got lost vanishes somehow ...

have you read about TMS transcranial magnetic stimulation

a cat scan might show something or maybe an mri

if you swim is lakes or rivers you might have picked up something that could be treated

if you notice the pain change with certain foods that would be worth exploring food dietary

go to the beach let the waves sun and air do their magic if nothing else you'll see pretty girls might take your mind off the pain

I’m like in Ohio so beach isn’t an option , haven’t been there in a few years .
Only thing that helps is a cotton ball in my ear blocking all sound ,With olive oil on it .
High end audio seems like a waste to buy with ear problems I may have to become a videophile haha ...

Not sure if tower speakers are worth it or just buy bookshelves / soundbar now ..
Ear pain is the worst no remedies , no hope
Makes me so depressed, greedy movie theaters volume so high it caused ear damage most likely what happened to me .

Shame the ENT was no help , whatever’s wrong there’s no cure .

Nah I’m just wondering if there are any remedies the pain is pretty bad and any noise coming into my left ear causes bad pain ... someone else has to have similar issues

life just is hell imo so much for being an audiophile with a bad ear . What am I supposed to do?
Even tv speakers cause ear pain .. or low volume surround

You keep rambling on about your ear pain bro we're not doctors here, we're not therapist, we're just a bunch of audio nerds. You've been told time and time again you need to go see a specialist yet you keep claiming that they don't do anything for you. If you're looking for sympathy, well

I’ve already been to specialists for ear pain they cannot do anything about it . They don’t Even understand tinnitus... let alone ear pain also .
Clearly I’m screwed there is no way to get rid of this pain .

Wish I had known theaters were so dangerous Before hand. Too late now
