See what I mean...I would never listen in store, so that's not an option. I was so close last year to getting the ES55Ti when they had the sale, but ended up with the Pioneer 52's and center for my bday last year and then 2 weeks later... I will wait patiently for your review to see how it compares to the EMP. Those Revels F32 are nice dang.

I don't know what kind of store it is, but, you're right, it probably doesn't have a good listening room set up.
Terrible shame about those 52's (and other items) of yours.
I was debating between them and the E55Tis myself. My HT room is fairly large so I went with the EMPs - I also like the finish better.
The F32's are great - I have them sitting in my living room so I don't get too much time to do dedicated listening with them, unfortunately. That's where I'll start out the TK-5CT's. After that I want to try them against the E55's.

I agree with others stating you should buy both and return the one you don't like. I really like the pioneers. I plan to complete the set in the near future. I've heard the HTD level 2 towers and bookshelf models and was very impressed. They sound better than the pioneers to me, but I'm going off of memory. Twice as expensive, but not twice as good IMHO.
