Speakers are NHT classic 4's front and surrounds with Classic 3C center and the back surrounds are Classic 2's + Classic 12 sub.


I like the IPS very well after hearing all the talk about all amps sound basically the same it has a sonic signature I like. Wish I had went for it first but live and learn.

This hobbie can get expensive but the enjoyment is worth it.

Seating

I hit my upload limit but they are Burkline couch an love seat with 4 full recliners built in. I put the bass shakers on a wooden crossmember tward the back of the seat. The room wound up being about 4 -5 feet less wide during construction of the house due to stairs needing the room. Kind of like a personal imax.

You didn't happen to be lucky enough to get those NHTs back when Onecall had that color on clearance (last November), did you? At least, I think that's the color that you have. I almost bought some, but I decided that my NHTs were keeping me happy enough.

Yes for the NHT clearance. As you put the bass traps in the room it sounds quiter with less echo. I felt the overall system clarity went up and the bass was more controlled. Everyone was recommending them and I can hear why.
