The system consists of the following.
1-Energy 8" sub
2-Energy front channel speakers
1- Paradigm center channel
2-Pionner rear channels
Toshiba TDP S80 Projector
Marantz DV6200 DVD player
Denon AVR-1600 Amp
1-100" Pull Down screen
All this is in a 12x12 room.

I have a question for you all. I have a friend that has come into a large amount of money and he wants me to put together a ultimate entertainment system. It is going in a room that is 25' wide and 45 ' long with 14' cieling. I am sure he would gladly spend around the $40 000 mark for a good set up.

Let me know what you think the components should be.

Oh ya let me know what you think of my room as well.

Very nice clean set-up. But I am assuming that the PJ is zoomed out as much as possible? They do make other lenses for short throw distances....

Tip, I see your PJ is slightly angled up. And this will affect the keystoning. If possible, it may be better to remove the drop down ceiling, or just angle the ceiling upwards in the middle. This way PJ could be higher and kestone could be set at 0.

Not knocking by no means, its a very clean set-up.

Here is the angle I speak of, a lot of personal home theaters are like this.
This would be like looking from pj to screen right down middle of room.

(Edit:: OOPS, forgot to say PJ must be a few inches higher than the screen, so screen area could stay the same.)
