I'm there with you! I have a similar one. It came in handy when my son threw my original Onkyo remote in the toilet (he's only 2 yrs old). I managed to teach it the commands from the old remote before it completely died. By the way, I use rechargeable batteries with it, and the newer models come with a disable function, so the remote doesn't light up at the slightest vibration. It has a high cool factor. I like mine alot. Its the Radio shack 15-2138.
