Hey All,

I currently have a 5.1 setup with a Denon AVR-3808. I am looking to expand my system into a whole home system. I am currently eyeing the AVR-8500H to add Atmos to my currrent system. My basic goal is to do in ceiling speakers in the rooms and be able to stream music via spotify (or computer audio would be cool) and stream to any and all rooms. My dream goal, if possible, is to do an Alexa type solution where there is a microphone or something in whichever room or utilize phone. All I would have to do is say "Play X song in X rooms/groups. I havent seen anything for that, so at the moment I am looking at the Niles MRC-6430. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Yes, it sounds like the Heos Drive is certainly the right solution to meet the needs that you are talking about. Make sure to do your planning carefully and I'm not sure if you've already pulled a house full of speaker wires, but plan accordingly. It's rare that someone expands their audio listening if speaker wires aren't already fully in place.
