What's a good Multi Region DVD Player?

Samsung DVD-HD950 is fairly easy to modify to region-free using the remote. I have it and like it a lot. Also, making it region-free allows it to upconvert over component which is an added bonus

The Oppo's are good non-expensive region free players.
