I want to thank everybody for the good advice. I will explore all options that were mentioned but for the immediate future I will just turn dynamic EQ off since that’s the easiest thing to do. It makes me laugh when I think of the days when we had basic balance and fader knobs. Now you need to be a software engineer just to get your levels right when playing a CD.
