I would expect them to be similar to a motorized version of the Da-Lite Model B or similar. That is, very cheap, and very typical. You will end up with waves in the screen fabric in a year or two due to environmental reasons.
It is far better to go with a permanently fixed on-wall screen, or a tab-tensioned screen if possible.
The price is okay, but you can get a manual screen for about 100 bucks, which means you can save $100+ and put it towards a fixed on-wall screen next year.
