That's good to hear. I actually had a call with them only yesterday. Seems my 3-day select shipping from UPS got redirected in error and was going to be delayed. Instead of delivery today (Friday), they were going to get it to me on Monday.

Obviously, not Monoprice's fault as UPS had the package and had it correctly tagged, but they shipped it and deal with UPS a lot.

I called them and within seconds they had UPS on the phone to try to get an update. UPS let the person know that they did not see any reason for the delivery to be delayed even though it did seem to be going to the wrong location and that they would take a note of it and work to ensure that it arrived as scheduled originally.

By 11:00 at night, the shipping status was updated to indicate delivery for today, and I am now sitting here with the cables I need for my installation tomorrow. These guys really do seem to have their act together most of the time.

Hope your situation ended up okay despite the few backflips you have gone through.

Yeah, how about an update? Did the Monoprice order arrive in time to get it installed before the inspection? What's the deelio, daddio?
