Mixing old & new B&W speakers on a Marantz SR6004

Hi Folks
I currently have a Marantz SR6004 + B&W 683 (floors) + B&W ASW608 (sub)
Im considering buying a decent centre.

I dont want to chill out NZ$1500 for a BW HTM61 or NZ$900 for the HTM62 as yet, & am considering getting the slightly older B&W LCR60 S3.
Could anyone please give me an idea if this will be a good match for my system.

Also considering B&W DM602 for the rears.
Is this matching of old & new a bad idea?

The 683 are pretty power hungry & will already push the sr6004 amp, so am I making a mistake if I buy the above speakers?
Also, will the tone matching be ok when comparing to the 683s as those have FST midrange, whereas the older dont.

Thanks
