Hello everyone, got a question about mixing impedances in a surround speaker setup. After scoring great deals on Mirage speakers to upgrade my current system, i realized that my rears will be a different ohm rating than the fronts and center. I'll be using the OMD5's for the fronts, OMD C1 for the center. These 3 speakers are rated at 6 ohms. The rears are the newer Nanosats, which are rated at 8 ohms. My receiver powering these is an Onkyo TX-SR505. I'm not too worried about a "problem" with the receiver running all the speakers, if anything i'm wondering if there will be a performance loss issue.
I have not set these up yet to test because i'm still waiting for the center channel to arrive.
