Hi, I've had the Mits HS-HD2000U DVHS VCR for some time now, but my Mits CRT RPTV didn't have any IEE-1394 inputs, so couldn't actually use the DVHS function. Well, I just got the 57732 DLP TV, which does have the IEEE inputs, so figured I was good to go. Not so fast--connected the IEE-1394 cable between VCR and TV and got nothing, aside from a "loss of connection" message which hasn't appeared since then. Plugged the VCR into an S-video input on the TV so I could see an output signal, and the VCR doesn't detect the IEE-1394 connection either. I'm stumped here, thought the two Mits products wouldn't have any problems togther.
