Are you referring to income tax? That's not how wealth is created, nor taxed. Income tax is much higher than capital gains, real estate and estate tax when a trust or other method isn't used to protect it wealth. Ever hear of a 'family corporation'?

Why would it need to happen over the time since inauguration when it could have been analyzed over the last 4 years? I don't mean thay Biden looked into it, because he wasted as much money as anyone I can remember.

What the Biden administration could/should have done is irrelevant to what this administration is doing.

Look at pre-natal care as a cause of infant mortality, poor nutritian, lack of exercise, other bad habits like excessive drinking/drugs and cigarettes- how/why would anyone expect Americans to live as long as people in countries where diet/early health care and healthy lifestyle is common?

Sure, those are important factors along with people killed in traffic and or by guns, but it's not like other advanced countries don't have similar issues. Except people killed by guns.

Do note in other countries pre-natal care is part if the health care system.

Why are you going into health care? DOGE is about wasteful government spending.

Good grief! US health care is two to three times as expensive (measures as percentage of GDP) as other advanced developed countries, but the health outcome population wise is pretty bad.

Well...you got the insane part right. There is no way that any sober auditing of programs and expenditures has taken place over the few days this administration has been in office. It's just been slash and burn, with no thought to the consequences.

I would contend that it’s very calculated cuts, they had a plan and they’re executing that plan. They have already found massive waste along with likely fraud (I think they’re waiting on Kash confirmation for legal action) to the tune of around a quarter trillion dollars. The next step is to limit the size and scope of Federal agencies to what’s authorized by Congress. These agencies have ballooned in size and are performing duties they were never intended to do. We have over 400 Federal agencies, how many do you think were authorized by Congress or Presidential order?

In the past I stated I don’t like Trump and I wanted to drain the swamp but sending a swamp monster probably wasn’t the best idea. Trump 2.0 is an entirely different beast and regardless of whether you like him or not a job is getting done that quite frankly nobody has made an honest attempt at. It’s going to be very messy but there’s no way to get it done wading through bureaucracy and that’s the reason it’s happening like this. Better get comfortable because it’s happening, the country was on a path of a slow painful death and we either die quickly or survive in better shape than ever.

All Federal agencies are created by Congress and not through a Presidential order. It's pretty easy to find that out.

Yep, all of those needs to be fixed so that too generates more federal income. There are ways to generate more income to the government. Just like a person can get a 2nd job to satisfy the spending habits.
