I ordered the 4K/BluRay combo package and it arrived a few months back. I finally sat down to watch it last night on the basement system. I loved the story line in general, video was amazingly clear, and the ATMOS soundtrack was stellar. Very few flicks that I have watched in the basement caused things to rattle in the basement from the bass but this one did. Things were rattling all over the place because of the intensity and the deep bass frequencies used. Sound were coming at me from all directions. Definitely a reference soundtrack.

I watched it the other day. Not including sound and video quality, I thought it was just OK. A lot of action, which is why I watched it. It was predictable and overdone, however. I found the plot, any suspense or story, along with character building, around the plot was weak. Having a dozen different action related themes happen in sequence every time Ethan enters a room is overkill and predictable. In particular the submarine scene was action ad nauseam. Why not save some of that film time and make the plot more interesting? IMO, it made James Bond movies seem like phycological thrillers.
