Probably not. Many people do not match the front to the rear. The most important thing to match are the front three speakers, which, ideally, would be identical. "Voice matched" from one manufacturer is generally regarded as good enough for the front three.
That said, I personally use identical speakers for all positions (excluding subwoofer, obviously). I think it is best that way. But it can work okay to have rear speakers that do not match the front.
