Had me worried there for a minute. Plywoods are a lot cheaper than solid hardwood panels. How hard is that stuff to find in 5' x 5' sheets?

You'll have to find a source in your own area (it is reasonably common, ask at local cabinet shops), it is imported and 60"X60" is the default.

Just a FYI: take 6db off the dB levels for 1M at 1M outside, unless it was 50 foot mounted on a pole in the air. Accurate freefield measurements using the ground plane technique usually measure from 2M, and this gives equivalent SPL to 1M freefield. Or just deduct 6dB from the 1M position.
