forgot to update this ... i replaced the bottom panels of the walls with plain black plywood. will install the carpet soon.

my dad doesn't want to spend another cent on the subwoofer, told me to make new enclosures. ummm, not within my powers. i'll probably donate dual PB10's to make my life easier.

You probably paid a nice penny to get those subs all the way over there. I say keep them. One day, you will find someone who will help you build enclosures.

Better yet, I would pick some of the experts' brains here like annunaki, wmax, tls, as maybe they can design a really serious sub with that driver and amp, with a totally different enclosure design.

Turn disaster into an unforeseen upgrade?

just a thought.

Looking good Mike, The contrasting wall color is cool. Why don't you add a chair rail using the same wood you used for the columns? Lotta bang for not much buck.

Dear Mike,

What a beautiful setup you made! That's sick! That thing must sound like hell!

What I like the most about your setup is that you were not affraid of showing the bold look of your speakers and subs. That's real bad a$$!

I'm really sorry to see that thing didn't went to well lately. I'm positive that everyting will come back to normal for you and that you will find the solution.

It could be worst, just think of Haïti...

from two flagships to two entry levels ...

SPL wise, it seems ok, but there's a lot less couch shaking.

also, it looks like the front right main is toast.
