Measuring room response

Hi,

I have a home cinema room which has some good equipment, but not treated yet. I want to properly measure all my room's problems before deciding on the treatment.

I used this video to make my measurements:

Here is a One Drive folder with some room photos, plans and the subfolder with measurements:

I measured all 6 seats slightly above ear level due to the fact I did not have a proper stand. {BTW, what stand were you using in the video?) I measured each seat 4 times around the left and right ears and with left and right speakers by changing "Output" R and L options as on the attached screenshot.

On the second run I measured just the two front seats (which are used 98% of the time) with one of the subs inverted.

I am pretty new to this and just tried following instructions, however I had a feeling I could be doing something wrong.

First I noticed, the REW tool has an option to calibrate the sound. Is this essential? If so, how can I properly do this?

Secondly I found the SPL calibration option. I would really appreciate some information about how to do this. I understand I would need to use BAFX SPL Meter mentioned in the video description.

It looks like I have a big dip around 38Hz and another one around 58Hz at the front seats for both cases (one sub inverted and both not inverted). I understand given the frequencies are so low, I can only play with sub re-positioning?

Thanks.
