McIntosh XL10 cheap replacement woofer?

I've got a trio of old McIntosh XL10s I wouldn't mind pressing into service. The tweeters seem good, and I think I can repair the passive radiators, but the woofers are a problem. Two are frozen and need to be refoamed as well, and the third seems to have been professionally repaired/reformed, and then damaged by something that tore part of the surround and (worse) the cone.

My DIY skills don't tend to include woodworking, and the costs of having the local speaker place repair three woofers is cost prohibitive. I'm going to start hunting for the woofer used, but I'm curious if anyone knows a good, inexpensive, drop-in replacement.

Thanks in advance.

There is virtually never a drop in replacement. Since that is a passive design, the T/S parameters will need to be an exact match. You need to measure the T/S parameters of one driver or find a source of the information.

If the driver parameters are off the enclosure will not work at all.

Your best bet is to see if the driver parts are available and learn to repair the drivers yourself, or bight the bullet and have someone like Orange County Speakers repair them.
