Just got the receiver and trying to do the initial set up.I can't get to the OSD Main Menu.Pressing "AMP" and "OK" on the remote does not work.Connected the DVD player but the receiver does not recognise the active input- not without the initial setup I gess.Any suggestion how to get to the Main Menu?Thanks

This is just a thought. How is your receiver linked to the TV? If you are using component or s-video you may need to switch to composite for setup. You can try s-video as well for set up if you are running component.
