I know I have a center pre out there’s no sound from the center pre out

No sound when you run auto setup or something else?

Did you try a different cable and/or speaker? It's starting to sound like you might have a dead preout. We could have told you that on the first page f you weren't so frugal with your words...

If the cable is OK, the unit needs to be returned for warranty service. I suspect it has a bad opamp, or the output socket was not properly soldered to the board.

Is this a refurb unit or one bought as new from an authorized dealer?
