Check your settings. How are you connecting the SA 11 S3 to each, RCA or are you using the XLR inputs on the PM 11 S3?

"low", meaning what? Not as loud, less treble...?

...Low means not as loud....am using XLR cables...i kept balance as LR- 0 0 . Treble at 8 and Bass at 4 or 6. There is no other adjustments in volume control

I tried three kinds of XLR cables, CHORD, PROEL and Thrown max...RCA also tried

Why would it be a cable rather than just a gain structure difference? How are you comparing the output? Hopefully not a volume dial position....
