This would allow more space for the speakers to the side wall. (Rocket 1000 has a side firing woofer). I move the left speaker up to a ledge and I receive an additional 3 feet distance to the side wall for both speakers. Currently approximately 1 foot from wall. Any thoughts?

saurabh Audioholic Feb 25, 2005 169 0 0 Apr 2, 2007 #2 Not a goog thought, imagine the sound of a plane travelling from the left to the right with one spks high and other at a low height, you will not get a good soundstage and your spks will reflect their position.
