M-Audio Revolution 5.1 or chaintech AV-710?

Hi freinds,
Im making an HTPC soon with wharfedale speakers & marantz SR5600 AVR.
Im need a lil advice on which sound card to pick-up.
M-Audio Revolution 5.1 or chaintech AV-710?

Both are based on same chipset, probably DAC's are different & the Price.
Chaintech is around $30 while Revo 5.1 is $120 im getting. Some concerns that I wanna have ur suggestion over

I guess if im just passing S/Pdif passthrough to my AVR, DAC's don't play any role & so chaintech wins for Cost.. Right ? But if I use the Analog out, does the REVO really justify the cost it comes for ?? does it really have better DACs that chaintech?

If you are willing to pay more for M-Audio, then get their Audiophile 2496 card:

You will get the bit perfect digital output and some high end D/A converters for the analog outputs.

I have the inexpensive Chaintech card and it has worked great for my PC to receiver connection.
