Hello this is my first post here.

I am looking at getting a two channel integrated amplifier for my 2 pairs of Cerwin Vega Ls10's

I wanted to know what you all thought of the NAD C372? what would be a good price for one? I am in contact with someone locally and want to know what I should expect to pay.

Thank you

I just wanted to highlight the above so it is not overlooked. I don't know if the NAD is good for driving 2 prs of speakers or how difficult a load the CW's are. I just know you can't always expect a stereo amp to power 4 speakers very well.

I am looking for an amplifier that can handle down to a 4 ohm load which this amp can do. Dont ask me why I bought two identical speakers but I did... okay they were a good price

I am not going to beat on it hard. It will mostly be used for movies and ocasional jamming. I cannot stand the quality of the sherwood walmart reciever on just one pair of my cv's.

about 600 bucks is probably a decent deal for one.

Honestly though, I'd probably look into a pair of H/K 3490s, they're up for $300 on amazon each. At 165wpc RMS 2ch driven into 4 ohms stable (at least according to this site's review), that's all a pair of 90db sensitive speakers would need unless you're commited to making your ears bleed.

Of all equipment brnads out there, I would trust NAD most to deliver the power over any other brand. CVs (at least thier older models) typically were high sensitivity speakers requiring very little power to make them sing loud. Not the most accurate speaker but one hell of a rugged party speaker.
