Looking simultaneous dual output solution

I have five HDMI and two composite sources that I would like to send to a receiver. I would like to be able to distribute that signal to one of two tv's located in the same room. The catch is that I want to be able to simulatneously display the output of two seperate devices at the same time (one on each tv, i.e. the tv signal on one and the x-box singal on the other). I have tried to do some research and have found several receivers that have dual output, but the descriptions make it sound like you can only output to one device at time (a singal to a tv or a projector, I would want to send one source to the tv and a different source to the projector at the same time).

Is anyone aware of a receiver that can do this or does anyone have a recommendation of how this might be handled?

I know you could get an HDMI splitter and output the same source to 2 seperate displays simultaneously, but I don't think you can output 2 different sources to 2 different displays simultaneously.

There are no multi-source/zone video receivers that do this strictly using HDMI. There are a few that use composite/component for the second Video zone.

I think you’re looking at professional video switching equipment for that. And that’s assuming you can find something that uses HDMI...

I've done 2 simultaneous outputs on my Denon 5308.

I think the Onkyo/Integra pre-pro or higher end receivers also have 2 simultaneous HDMI outputs.
