Looking for good floorstand speakers

After several auditions i finaly decided to go with B&W 6xx.
Ordered 605 bookshelfs today and i should receive them sometime in middle of next week.
603, center and woofew will follow in following weeks.

From all brands i tested B&W was second best i liked (with JBL LS80 1st but too expensive after they rised price by almost 1k$)
3rd place would go to wharfedale Pacific Evo2 - 30, they were good, but B&W was little better in details.

I was going to suggest the IQ7, but someone beat me to it.

At the end of the day though, it doesn’t matter what badge the speaker wears, but that you like the way they sound. Enjoy!

Wanted to audition few KEF, but unfortunately there is only few delaers around and none of them have them ready for audition (except one 260km away had IQ5)

Did you buy it online? Where? It's kinda hard to find B&W speakers online for lower price that the retailer gives.

B&W as one of oldest and best brands is quite selective on dealers and they not allow any signifikant price changes. Even if you see them online its usually from some of their dealers for retail price and they even are marked as RETAIL in webshop.

On friday i finaly got my Red Cherry B&W 683 and so far i can say finish of cabined is excelent (Red cherry is probably best looking finish as oposite to blask whitch was realy looking terrible cheap).
They are not on their final place (will do move of all stuff in room to get best placement for them in 2 weeks) and i can hear diference betwen LR speaker due placement.
So far i did play only few dozens songs and movies on them and some i did play many times before on cheap speaker, but i can say i was quite surprised with all that sounds and details i didnt even know exist.

PS: As i already bought B&W speakers my dealer already offered me some discount and free stuff when i will extend them to 7.1 system.
