Looking for advice on choosing an outdoor projector screen

I’m getting more interested in outdoor movie nights and I’m planning to set up a projector system in my backyard.

I already have some experience with home theater, but I’m new to outdoor projection setups. I’m wondering what factors I should pay attention to when choosing an outdoor projection screen.

My main concerns are:

• Image quality and brightness
• Screen material performance outdoors
• Wind resistance and durability
• Ease of setup and storage

For those who have outdoor theater setups, what screen types or features would you recommend?

I don't think we have any members currently who are into outdoor AV. We have had threads sometime ago. Our usual advice is not to do it, unless you are in a very isolated area. Sound caries outdoors, especially at night, so these systems create noise and are likely to get your "collar felt" by the local constabulary.
