Just keep in mind that there have been a ton of people these days complaining that ED has at least a 4-6 week delay before shipping your product...

Not sure if thats important but you may not see something from them until after the new year... Epik, SVS, HSU amongst others are pretty much on top of their game and ship daily.....

Well, I was aware of a 5 week delay, and I was expecting to get it by Christmas, but if it can get up to 6, then I may have to reconsider my choices.

I can squeeze out enough cash for the legend, but I would not prefer to. So again, is the price increase on the legend worth the performance increase?

What's worth it to one person isn't worth it to another. I'd be willing to spend the extra money, but then I'd think about saving another few hundred and getting the new HSU or Rythmik depending on the outcome of this upcoming subwoofer shootout.
