I have Klipsch RB-61's and an RC-51 up front. I drive them with a modest Denon Receiver. I once had the volume up quite a bit in the beginning of Master and Commander - when the big battle scene came up I had to turn it down, but just because of my ears - the speakers took it in stride. Another very positive aspect of these speakers is that it's much easier to be satisfied with low volume listening - I no longer need to use headphones when my wife goes to bed.

Ok, I'm perplexed here, sound quality isn't the most important thing butr a deal is for a speaker that does good statging? I'm lost.

The PSBs I mentioned blow the doors off the ones you mentioned in terms of staging but they cost a little more, not much more but a little more. Remember the saying, you get what you pay for.

I am intrigued by the PSB's and there is a local dealer. I will check them out.
