My 5.1 receiver recently died and I am looking for a replacement. I have Jamo S426 speakers

I am basically looking for the most bang for my buck. I have been reading reviews and I have been looking at the Denon 391 and 591.
Any thoughts on a decent and fairly inexpensive($300 or less) receiver that will go well with my speakers?
