LMC-1 Or MMC-1??

Hey guys. I'm looking into A/V Pre-Amp Processors and was thinking about the LMC and MMC 1 from Emotiva. I was wondering should I spring an extra $300 for the MMC-1 or go with the LMC-1??

Also, is there any other brands I should look into? I'd really like to stay under $900 if possible (because I'm a college student) and I'd like to have XLR outputs if possible.

I think the extra $$ is worth it for the MMC-1. You could also wait until the LMC-2 comes out. Just a thought.

It'll be a little while before I can get either of them though (considering I make about $100 a week.....)

I also love used equipment (given that it works and isn't beat up to hell )

When the new prepros show up in January, there should be many clean used Emotivas in the classifieds.
