LG tv not getting sound with optimum cable picture !

Hi
Lg smart tv with optimum cable box. Hooked up an Apple TV temporarily to watch a show. Removed apple tv and now I have no sound on live tv but perfect picture. Spent an hour with optimum on the phone. Rebooted several times. The Lg tv passes its sound check.
I also now do not see optimum as an option on the main menu at the bottom of the tv screen

Disable HDMI CEC. It may have disabled your TV speakers for some reason. The Apple TV has that enabled by default and may have changed something inadvertently.
