LFE track test disc?

I'd like to see how my pre/pro and receivers deal internally with LFE roll-off -- like, if you set some speaker x-over to 80, what does that do to the LFE signal?

Alothough I could use multi channel inputs to get a signal in to the LFE, I'd like to test the electronics in the 'normal' CD/DVD decoding path. I'd need a disc that had bass test tones specifically recorded to decode to the LFE channel -- unless someone has a better way.

Is there such a test disc commercially available?

Why buy when you can make your own. Test tone MP3's available here, Real Traps - Test Tones CD. Simply download and burn an audio CD. This way you will be testing your complete setup, from source to speaker.

The Real Traps Cd will send tones from 10Hz to 300Hz in 1 Hz increments for 10 seconds each. You got to burn it yourself, so you could use any combination of tones you want. Leave out any ones you want.

Thanks, guys -- I think my initial post was a little misleading.

Regular "stereo" test ones won't do.

I need a commercial disk with bass test tones encoded on/for the Dolby LFE track. Even if I had equipment to burn it myself, for what I'm doing I have to have a commercially "tested and approved" product.

Since I posted I've found two products that MAY work. One is an SACD recording of the 1812 Overture that also contains test tracks:

Another is the Gold-Line TefTone CD:

How a regular CD can have an LFE test track is a good question.

I have ordered both of these products and will report back, although over $20k of large hail damage to house and cars is delaying this project.

Meantime anyone else knowing of any other discs like these please post -- perhaps what I'm looking for will only be available through Dolby labs or the pro recording industry...

If you are still reading this, check out Delos, DV 7001, DVD spectacular.
this is a Dolby Digital DVD with music and test tones in DD, including the .1 ch, just what you are after, maybe.
