I am rooting for the Bucks as well.

Too bad I am working until 1:00 p.m. (Central) today. At least I will catch the end of the game.

Michigan will be very fired up. With the passing of Bo Schembechler they will be very motivated.

Should be a great game. I say OSU by 3-7 points or they blow them out.

I am hoping for some wacky upsets as well I want to see the Badgers somehow get into a BCS game.

My bad! The game is at 2:30 Central, Sweet!

Bukeye_Nut (and Buckeyefan): you ought to appreciate this...I am rooting for Ohio as well, even though I live closer to Michigan. Ohio plays some good ball.

I am so geeked up today. A few of us went out on campus last night and had a ball. You can't imagine OSU campus. It's insane. Security was pretty impressive on High St. I think every Columbus cop was working.

Bo - RIP. I know he and Woody would have loved to watch this game together (and who knows, they may have the best seat in the house).

I decided to stay back and enjoy the game at home today. Had numerous offers to tailgate, watch it on a jumbotron by the stadium outdoors, indoor at local campus bars - but nothing beats seeing it in HD at home with some cold beers, wings, and the family. I'm too much of a pure football fan to fight the crowds on campus trying to watch a fuzzy picture on a 3 story screen. I'm all about the pre-game hype, but when it comes to the gridiron, I've got to focus. There's 50 days before the next big game. I can party all night if we play like we should.

Hope the game is close, and one for the ages. May the best team win. ;)

As usual, these games come down to a play or two.

If that roughing the passer call didn't take place on 3rd and 15, the ball game may have been different. It was a good game, though (for college :D ).

Rematch baby. If Notre Dame somehow winds up in the championship game I will be outraged. Unless there is a rematch, this old Wolverine will certainly root for the Buckeyes in their bowl (I always do).

Ted Ginn dropped some key passes, but the Buckeyes still prevailed. :) Michigan has one helluva team. We'll see how well USC does this evening. I don't think ND has a chance at the title, but computers may think differently. A rematch wouldn't be such a bad thing with Michigan. Home field does have its advantages, and anything could happen on a neutral field.

Anyhow, time to celebrate the win, and gloat for 50 days. :D

I was rooting for OSU, too, even though I live near another Big Ten university. I was born in Ohio and my parents live there. Since my local team is out of contention, I wanted a Buckeye win.

Post-season? Could be an OSU/UM redux, but that'll depend on how other teams fare at the end. My guess is a rematch'd be unlikely.

Could be OSU vs. USC, or OSU vs. UF, or even OSU vs. Rutgers (unlikely, though), or OSU vs. Notre Dame. Today's Detroit newspaper--it considers UofM to be local team, and gives it lots of coverage--said that Arkansas has an outside shot at the title game.

Back to the redux: UofM came close to beating the #1 team, so that's in the Wolverines's favor. But lots of things would have to go their way for them to get to the title game. Still, the Rose Bowl isn't bad. (Sorry, Jax :) )

If USC wins out, USC will make it to the title game. Their only hiccup was that loss to Oregon St., which was a close game. If USC beats Notre Dame, I think they'll have it wrapped up.
