I just wanted to recognize Parts Express for an above-and-beyond customer service performance on my OmniMic system. I've been completely satisfied with my OmniMic V1. It has allowed me to tune my system's in-room response to remarkable flatness, and I've spent countless hours enjoying the learning experience and the way my system sounds as a result. It's an A+ product. After several months of use my microphone had begun to act up, doing things like measuring my background noise level at over 85db. So a couple of weeks ago I called Parts Express to ask them what we could do about it, and they had me ship them back the entire product package. They said they would test it and report back.
A couple of days ago I received a shipment email from them, which I just assumed was the return of my mic repaired, or a new V1 mic. Not at all - I received an all-new OmniMic V2 system, including the boom stand that they currently have as a bonus special!
As good as the V1 was, the V2 is much improved in many ways, and I like it even more. Parts Express made my day, all at no charge to me whatsoever. Talk about a bonus!
Well done, Parts Express. Whenever I need anything you sell in the future I'll be thinking of you guys first.
