Krell - What a Joke

That is one of the reasons I went with the D2v, I just didn't need all those bells and whistles like streaming content. YMMV of coarse...
Wait a minute, the Anthem has 8 HDMI Inputs, right?:D

If I had the Anthem, I would have to buy 2 more components with HDMI just to fill up those slots.:D

But seriously, and I'm probably alone on this since I'm a Spec-Freak:D, but I would give up most features if I could get a pre-pro with a crosstalk of -120dB (20-20kHz), SNR of 130dB, THD of 0.0001%, & FR of 20 Hz - 20 kHz +/- 0.00dB.:D

Seriously, I have no life.
It's that book that you put your beer on, because you didn't see a coaster, while installing you new gear.:D
Since most manufacturers have their manuals online, I usually refer to that, like I did this week after buying a Denon AVR-990. I wanted to know how to do a hard reset (I had forgotten), so I just looked for that and did the rest of the setup after reset and firmware update. Plus, I can enlarge the type online and with the paper version, I have to wear glasses. I hate wearing glasses.

This is what it says in the $30,000 Krell Evolution 707 Pre-pro Manual:

Two people are needed to remove an Evolution 707 from its shipping box safely and easily.
The Evolution 707 weighs 49 lbs (22 kg).

My Denon receiver weights 63 lbs.

And 2 people are needed to remove a girly 49 lbs Krell?:D

What a joke!:D
This is the kind of stuff you get when lawyers write manuals... :(
