Klipsch Synergy C2 vs C3

I have had a C2 for the past 2 months and decided to upgrade to the C3 because I didn't think it kept up to my F-3's properly. The c2 is 100 rms with 400 watts output and the c3 is 150 rms with 600 watts max power. Now shouldn't I notice a considerable difference in these 2 speakers because at the moment there's not much. Does it have to break in a little while longer?

My setup is 2 F-3's, the c2 or C3, and 2 S1's. My receiver is a Pionner VSX-815 which could also be the reason.

Thanks for any help!

It's not your receiver. It's not speaker break-in.

The C-3 center is a better match for your F-3's. But you shouldn't hear that big of an improvement over the C-2.

If you want to hear an improvement in sound quality. Up-grade your speakers to the Klipsch Reference series.

Sorry no one responded sooner.

Yeah, my apologies too. I should have stayed home from work today, just in case you posted a question.

Any way, what mazer said.

What sub(s) do you have?

If you are using for HT, sometimes you have to increase the center volume a bit to hear dialog properly.....a common problem and fix
