Klipsch RF35 RF5

I auditioned some speaker at Nebraska Furniture Mart today and I really liked the Klipsch RF-5 ($599 each), I was listening to a blues cd and the bass seemed muddy on the RF35 compared against the RF5. I also tried out the Infinity Beta 50($349 each) and the JBL E100($349 each) and I liked the E100 better than the Beta 50. Actually they all sounded muddy compared to the RF-5. I liked the RF-7 as well but they wanted $949 each for those which is quite out of my reach.

So, you liked them. Oh, wait. You didn't like them. Uh. Mmmmm. Ah. Maybe you should get them. Those. Uh. Which ones?

I would recommend auditioning more brands. Just to be sure you like the horn loaded tweeter. I am just not a fan.

But, if you find you like the sound, go for it!

If they were selling the RF-5 at $599 ea you should have bought them on the spot That is a very very good deal from an authorized Klipsch dealer

PS $949 for the RF-7 is also a very good deal
