Anyone have experince with these? I've read a lot of praise on these even from folks that don't care for klipsch in general. For HT use only I think these would be great especially with their excellent sensitivity at 102.

They were made from 2001 to 2006 and seem to be kind of hard to find but gerenally come in around 1k for a decent pair. I would love to get the triple 8 but three of them are really out of my price range at $3500.

Are you asking about the RS or the RF? Cause if they are the RF7s, those are / were some great speakers that could handle a ton of power(not that you would need it :) )

Yeah he's working on them but they will be for stereo use only. They are fully active and will have a rack full of equipment just to run em.

The klipsch will be for ht system only and are really dynamic which is my priority for movies now.

We had a pair hooked to a krell fpb 700 in the same room as some B&W 801s and sold many pairs. The horn is large and give a nice spacious dispersion. If the deal is good good and the room is right jump on it, especially for 2ch.

Actually, chris is working on another set of speaker for someone else since mine were taking forever. I don't need mine at the moment and if I move out to Virgina I can pick them up and save a bundle on shipping.

I've heard them in good/bad rooms. The good room was nicely dampened and they were not bright/harsh, but open and detailed. I could've listened to them all day. The bad room was just the opposite and I couldn't leave fast enough.

RF-7's back in production since July-ish

They look sharper than the old version, with real wood veneer, particularly on the front baffle instead of black synthetic. Otherwise they are identical to those made '01-'06. They aren't a bargain at $2200/pair available only from Klipsch website, but thought you might want to know.

I'm thinking of getting a pair for my set amps...I could really use that 102db sensitivity.
