kenwood KX W893 cassette deck

My duel cassette deck stopped working.It will not pick up the cassette.When I put the cass. in, it makes a noise and switches the 1st side then the 2nd side and then stops.While it was doing this I noticed that the top 2 big wheels are not turning inside the deck.Any suggested fixes

Id go on ebay and buy a used one. They are cheap.

Offhand, it sounds like it could use new belts and a good lube job which should be expected at this time in it's life. Now, where to get them and how to do it is beyond my pay grade.
