What is considered Close? and what does WAF mean? I will likely be sitting about 14-15 feet back from the speakers.

WAF means Wife Approval Factor.

Those speakers should be perfect for your setup. I can't say enough about how much I love my KEF speakers. In my ears they are very clear and clean sounding. With plenty of power to fill a space.

Plus my Fiancee thinks they are cute so I can actually have them.

I use mine for rears, but they are plenty powerful for fronts as well.

I am most impressed by the quality of the speakers build.
