I recently bought one of these receivers for my bedroom. The problem is I dont have a remote and I can't figure out how to get it to output through the HDMI. I have my cable box and dvd player connected to the JVC with HDMI and then an HDMI cable from the receiver to the TV. I am not getting video, I can connect the hdmi from my tv to the cable box and it works. I look in the manual and it talks about changing the video input with the remote but I dont have a remote. I bought a logitech harmony 670 but can't figure this out. Hopefully one of you can help me out.
Thanks, Joe

Hi, Joe. With the assumption that having the remote to set the video inputs will solve your issue, I went off trying to find the remote control codes for the JVC to input into your Harmony remote. I've searched for a while, but I haven't found a listing of the remote control codes for that unit. They are probably out there, but I haven't found them.

The remote control for that unit is model number RM-SRXD411J. You can buy a new one for about $35, or you can try to find a listing of the remote control codes.

Thanks Adam. I'll get the remote and hopefully that fixes it.
