A friend of mine knows one of his buddies trying to unload a Panamax M4300 for $100.00 (He sold off all his HT / Audio equipment).

Never owned a PC, but I am considering since I noticed a squeel type noise coming from the rear of my plasma panel and I think it is due to the electricity coming through. I think my little HT surge protector is not the best thing to filter out my equipment anyways.

Anyone know if I should jump on the Panamax M4300 for $100, you think it is worth it?

I think it is about 3 yrs old. Owner says he has all the original packing and manuals.

I jumped on a similar apc15h. I believe these two models are comparable but have their own differences. I don't see why you wouldn't buy it. Heck if you dont have a power conditioner then you solve that and you at least know your power is as clean as can be done without spending much more and as a final reason, if you end up not needing it you should be able to sell it without losing money.... That was my thought process.
