The jury must have really hated Ms. Heard. Punitive damage awards happen only around 2% of the time.
The ACLU should have been slapped for helping her write the original column.

Well actually, no tears. Lots of facial contortions but no tears during any of her testimony. That's partly why it's so jarring to watch. You can tell she's trying really hard but just can't squeeze out any tears or keep up the act under scrutiny or without direction.

Speaking of facial contortions, here's a less than 2 minute clip of JD's lawyer dismantling one of her expert witnesses.

That was some pure gold! "Um, uh... I... do I have to answer that question?". Ha ha

Must have been an extensive search to find that guy.

Another low moment for the media vs. reality. Anyone who took the time to watch this trial knows this headline is bunk. They insult their readers intelligence and hurt real victims.

I wasn't referring to the thread, I meant the media attention and people caring about people who have no bearing in their lives.

It does make for good media circus, though. If you like that kind of thing.
